CASE WELFARE CHECK – DOG (ANI1) \\ 11TH ST CC0700018 A FOLLOW UP ON A WELFARE CHECK MADE ON 01/11/07, CC0700015.
THE OWNER OF THE DOG WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONCERNS WITH THE TETHERED DOG AND ITS HEALTH WAS DISCUSSED.
THE MANNER IN WH ICH THE DOG IS CONFINED DOES NOT APPEAR TO CAUSE ANY HARM TO THE DOG.
FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE RESEARCHED.
UPON CONTACT WITH THE RP SHE STATED THAT SHE HAD RECIEVED AN EMAIL THAT DAY FROM AMERICAN AIRLINES CONFIRMING A ONE WAY FLIGHT TO SAINT LUIS FOR 01/14/07 THAT SHE HAD NOT BOUGHT.
RP CONTACTED AMER ICAN AIRLINES AND CONFIRMED THAT THE RESERVATIONS HAD BEEN MADE IN HER NAME WITH HER FREQUENT FLYER NUMBER BUT WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE.
RP WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS FORM AMERICAN AIR OF THE INDI VIDUAL THAT HAD MADE THE RESERVATIONS.
CASE CIVIL PROBLEM-WATER USE (CIV) \\ MISSION ST CC0700020 RP CALLED ALLEGING THAT HIS NEIGHBOR HAD USED ALL THE HOT WATER FOR THEIR COMPLEX.
