Nielsen Confirms Netflix’s Massive ‘Stranger Things’ Season three Viewership NumbersForbes #Million_ChapterJuly 12, 2019
For Stranger Things season 3, Netflix said that it set a record for the service, racking up 40.7 million household account viewers in its first four days.
Netflix considers people who watch more than 70% of an episode or a movie a viewer, and Nielsen’s numbers seem on track for that.
19.7 million viewers for Stranger Things season 3 episode 1 in four days 824,000 viewers who binged the entire season on day one, almost triple season 2 (though it wasn’t released on a holiday) The “TV equivalent” for ratings here puts Stranger Things at 8.86 million viewers as more watched than everything on “normal” TV last week other than the Women’s World Cup
While the 19.7 million viewers sounds like half of what Netflix was reporting, we have to keep in mind that Nielsen’s numbers are only for TV sets, and yes, it seems perfectly reasonable that with how many people watch Netflix on phones or tablets or computers, that the missing 20 million are probably on those devices.
But the Duffers have an overall deal with Netflix which means they will probably just end up making a new show for the service, and no doubt it will prove to be popular as well.
Perhaps not best-of-all-time popular like Stranger Things has been becoming Netflix’s flagship show, but I’d put my money on them making something great.
If you haven’t watched it yet, then I absolutely recommend you watch all of Stranger Things, and especially season 3 which really is the best yet, and deserves these numbers.
— 19.17 million “Chapter Two: The Mall Rats” — 17.62 million “Chapter Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard” — 15.93 million “Chapter Four: The Sauna Test” — 13.93 million “Chapter Five: The Flayed” — 12.01 million “Chapter Six: E Pluribus Unum” — 10.78 million “Chapter Seven: The Bite” — 7.36 million “Chapter Eight: The Battle of Starcourt” — 8.71 million
What the hell is wrong with you?
Anyway, see you next season.
As I picked up my morning coffee, I scoped out the place for possible prey. A new cock to suck from a suitable guy was on my breakfast menu. I made eye contact with a good-looking 30-something but quickly realized that he was a former conquest. As he approached to say hello, I raised my hand like a traffic cop and shook my head no. He stopped and retreated, obviously disappointed. I was looking for some fresh meat. However, I was so horny and hungry for cock and hot cum that if nothing new was to my liking I would go back to the 30-something, but I had to act quickly, as always.
